This is an album that took me many years to make. I was 14 when I first got my hands on a pirated version of Ableton Live. Many many years have passed since.

Music for me has been a way of understanding myself. I always thought that the day I understand myself, I'd finally put out an album. I still don't understand myself. A lot of this music, I don't even feel any way towards. I made the bulk of this between 2016-2021. A long period of time. What happens after your formative years? Your post-formative years? It was a turbulent time for me.

I had to put this out because this is my way of moving on from the disaster and crises of my teen years and early twenties. I'm older now. I never really 'found my voice' or whatever it is you're supposed to do and suddenly you become a real artist. I don't even think it matters, I just don't want this stuff on my hard drive anymore.

This is really embarrassing, sincere music. My friends and family don't know about this. I would be mortified if they found out. Music is a secret. It just always has been. I hope this inspires someone, I hope someone thinks this is funny or entertaining, and I also hope that I find some closure and I can finally go back to the real world instaed of fantasizing about the day I finally figure it all out.
